Windows do not open, glorified motel.

Awful rooms with windows that do not open, pool view rooms which cost more do not even have a window to the outdoors. convenient location but tricky to find the first time and not much else goign for this renovated motel which bills itself as a trendy eco-hotel. ...read more

Convenient location, friendly young people at desk and
clean.

Carpet and paint didn't appear fresh. Lobby area smelled strongly of chlorine.

No parking included and adding parking is very expensive.

Clean, well-kept hotel with friendly service and modern rooms. Great location near the 16th Street shopping/night life area. No parking garage included and parking is $26 a day (so after staying the night it is $26x2 for just a Sat/Sun trip) and no street parking from 2am to 6am so must use garage parking. Seemed to attract a younger crowd that would continue their partying after the bars closed at 2am.
